In response to a recent query (we respond to every comment left here at Mgoanalytics), I broke down percentage of players drafted by star ranking for the 2009 DL draft:

As you can see, 4-star players are slightly more likely to get drafted than 5 stars.  3 (and presumably 2 but I didn't feel like indexing several 100 players over the past 3 years) are less likely, but b/c there are so many of them (See previous post), they make up the majority of the class.  In any event, the difference between 4 and 5 stars seems to be minuscule...
